Terms of Use

Effective date: October 2, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are between you and MagicPay (“MagicPay”, “we”, “us”). They cover your use of MagicPay Commerce checkout pages, including connecting a wallet and paying with crypto.

If you do not agree, do not use the checkout. Using a MagicPay page means you accept these Terms.

1. The service

MagicPay provides a checkout page where you can review an item, choose a quantity, connect a self-custodial wallet, and send a crypto payment. MagicPay does not take custody of your wallet, seed phrase, or private keys.

The price, asset, and quantity shown on the page before you confirm are the terms of that payment. Network fees charged by the blockchain are separate and are paid from your wallet.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You may use the checkout only where doing so is legal. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including tax rules.

3. Payments

  • You authorize the wallet you connect to sign and broadcast the payment you confirm.
  • Check the recipient, amount, and network in your wallet before you approve. Approval in the wallet is your confirmation.
  • Crypto transfers are generally final. MagicPay cannot reverse a payment that has already been confirmed on the network.
  • A payment can fail if the wallet rejects it, the balance is too low, the network is congested, or the transaction expires. You can try again.
  • Quantity is limited to the range shown on the page. The total is the unit price multiplied by the quantity you select.

4. Wallets

You are responsible for the wallet you use, including its security and for making sure it supports the network shown on the page. MagicPay does not recover lost keys and is not responsible for a wallet application, a browser extension, or a mistake in an address you approve.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use MagicPay to break the law, to pay for illegal goods or services, to mislead another person, to interfere with the site, or to attempt to access an account or wallet that is not yours.

6. Risk

Crypto assets can lose value, and a transaction can be delayed or fail. MagicPay does not guarantee a particular market price, a confirmation time, or that a third-party marketplace, wallet, or blockchain will be available.

7. Liability

The checkout is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, MagicPay is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost tokens, or a failed or mistaken transfer. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version at this address. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of a MagicPay checkout after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent through the site you used to reach the checkout.
